This is a recipe that combines other recipes into one.
I believe nachos should be a meal and not just some chips with some melted cheese drizzled over the top.
I know what I am going to have when the Volcano blows!

Ingredients
Tortilla chips
Margaritaville chili (recipe link below)
Pico de Gallo (recipe link below)
Sour Cream
Shredded cheese
Guacamole
Sliced Jalapenos
Cilantro (stems removed)
Directions
Preheat oven for broiling
In a medium bowl (or size of your choice), layer chips, then cheese, chili, pico de gallo, more cheese…….repeat.
Using an oven-safe plate or sheet pan, put plate/pan on top of the bowl, then carefully holding both the bowl and the plate/pan, flip over and then remove bowl (you should end up with a “volcano” of nachos.
Broil in oven for 2-4 minutes until heated and cheese on top has melted.
Top with guacamole, pico de gallo, jalapenos, sour cream, and cilantro.
